Job Opportunity: Legal Operation Analyst (German Speaker) for Video Content Moderation Project

We are looking for a Legal Operation Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating a safer and more compliant online environment for a leading streaming service platform.

About the Role: As a Legal Operation Analyst specializing in content moderation, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing incoming legal requests, particularly those related to potential fraud or copyright infringement. Your work will ensure adherence to local guidelines and help maintain the integrity of our streaming service platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate written content, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and local regulations.
• Identify and address content related to potential fraud, copyright infringement, privacy claims, defamation, and falsification.
• Understand and stay up-to-date with the client's policies and guidelines.
• Review legal requests within agreed turnaround times and maintain high standards of quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of legal requests and actions taken.

What Were Looking For:

• Language skills: Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (C1) (mandatory).
• Mandatory Skills: Good understanding of KPIs, metrics such as FCR (First Call Resolution), SLA (Service Level Agreement), and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
• No previous experience required; up to 12 months of experience within content moderation is a bonus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary: 14,000
• Language Bonus: 235 monthly
• Monthly Premium Bonus: 175
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (net amount, paid via meal card)
• Transportation Bonus: 720 per year
• Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross base salary
• Total Monthly Compensation: Approximately 1,400 + benefits

Required documents: EU passport or Portuguese residence card

• Comprehensive bureaucratic support to obtain NIF (tax identification number) and NISS (social security number).
• Relocation support for candidates moving from outside of Continental Portugal, including assistance in finding suitable accommodation.
• Relocation bonus of 2,000 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle for international relocations.
• Additional relocation bonus of 1,000 (gross) for candidates moving from outside the metropolitan area of Lisbon to Lisbon.

Type of Contract:

• 2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 30-day probation period.
