Job Overview:
We are seeking a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team on-site in Lisbon. This role involves providing excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients. Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, assisting with web services, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and troubleshooting support.
• Order Management: Assist customers with placing, updating, and tracking orders.
• Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support to help customers use digital services (training provided).
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and share feedback to help improve the company’s services and products.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Days Off: Weekends

Relocation:

• Lisbon Only:
  • Airfare Reimbursement: After 6 months of employment, reimbursement of airfare up to 400€ in economy class.
  • Accommodation:
    • Room in Shared Apartment for up to 12 months, with rent of 280€ including all utility bills (deducted directly from the payslip).
  • Note: The accommodation benefit is for those relocating from outside of Portugal.

Salary Conditions:

• Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day.
• Transport Allowance: 20€ per month.
• Health Insurance:
  • Provided from Day 1 (employee needs to pay a monthly amount).
  • Free health insurance after 6 months of employment.
• Position Bonus for Braga: 20€ per 12 months.
