Location: Onsite in Lisbon, Portugal
Industry: Web Services
Language Requirements: Fluent in French, Italian, German, or Dutch + B2 English
Prior Experience: Preferred but not required

Job Overview:
We are seeking Customer Service Advisors who are fluent in French, Italian, German, or Dutch to join our team onsite in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers in your respective language, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to our web services. Prior experience in customer service is an advantage, but we provide full training to the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat in French, Italian, German, or Dutch.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to offer accurate support and troubleshooting.
  • Order Assistance: Help customers with placing, updating, and tracking their orders.
  • Technical Support: Assist with basic technical queries (training will be provided).
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Feedback: Collect and share feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Relocation:

  • No relocation support is provided. Candidates should already be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate at their own expense.

Salary Conditions:

  • Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day
  • Transport Allowance: Not provided
