Nordics Content Moderation of Social Media - LIS6

Well known social media looking for candidates to deal with their posted content in different ways.

• You will be a central point of moderation of reports related to abuse and harassment between Virtual Reality users
• You are putting together solutions while having the protocols, procedures and instructions as a starting point
• You are able to manage all different types of reports generated by users
• From the beginning, you will take an active role in providing excellent and proactive moderation skills regarding the users behaviors and the Virtual Reality world rules
• Attendance and availability within standards (schedules rotations)
• Participate in “roundtable” sessions to provide an open discussion about upcoming trends and provide input/feedback to Support team to clarify trends or actions needed
• Expertise on all policies whilst ensuring compliance on all client workflows, being exposed to egregious content, political speech, hate speech, cultural discussions
• High level of capacity to keep up with client updates regarding workflows/policies (“fast learner”)

• Fluency (C1+) in one Nordic language (Icelandic or Norwegian or Danish or Swedish) + English (B2)
