Your mission

Help users navigate a digital betting platform by providing clear answers, resolving account-related issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What you'll do

Support users via inbound calls, chat and email

Explain betting winnings and assist with account-related inquiries

Help users resolve login and access issues

Provide clear, accurate and personalized responses

Adapt prepared templates to each customer's needs

Identify, document and escalate complex issues when necessary

What you bring

French – C1–C2

English – B2

Strong written and verbal communication skills

A customer-focused mindset and a problem-solving attitude

Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures
