We are looking for a "Portfolio Operational Support – Commercial Portfolio Management" to support portfolio coordination, governance, and data consolidation activities within a global organization.
In this role, you will play a key part in bringing structure and clarity to complex portfolio data, ensuring alignment across business and IT stakeholders, and supporting governance processes. You will work closely with portfolio leads, contributing to decision-making through structured analysis, tracking, and documentation.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES 🚀:
• Consolidate portfolio data from multiple sources (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) into a unified and structured portfolio view.
• Perform data quality checks and high-level analysis, identifying gaps, overlaps, inconsistencies, and prioritization signals.
• Maintain and update portfolio master data (status, ownership, dependencies, milestones).
• Track and follow up on actions and decisions from portfolio governance meetings.
• Support alignment activities across stakeholders, clarifying scope, ownership, timelines, and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain decision logs, follow-up trackers, and governance documentation.
• Set up, structure, and manage the Commercial Portfolio SharePoint workspace.
• Ensure all portfolio artefacts are up to date, traceable, and governance-ready.
• Act as point of contact for SharePoint management, including structure, permissions, and content quality.
SKILLS 🤹:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data consolidation, analysis).
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (structured reporting and communication).
• Strong experience with SharePoint (document libraries, permissions, governance).
• Ability to manage and structure complex portfolio information across multiple tools.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inconsistencies, gaps, and prioritization signals.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business, IT, and portfolio stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and structured working approach.
NICE TO HAVE:
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Copilot (user level).
• Experience in portfolio management or PMO environments.
• Strong understanding of governance processes and decision-making frameworks.
• Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data quality.
SCHEDULE 🕘:
08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (flexible)
100% remote
