Production Control Manager
Location: Nijkerk (Netherlands), Coimbra (Portugal) or Taichung (Taiwan)
At SRAM, we believe that performance is not only defined by the products we create, but also by how we create them. We are driven by a commitment to excellence across every part of our business, from innovation on the bike to precision and flow in our manufacturing operations.
We are seeking a Production Control Manager to play a key role within our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) organization, leading the design and execution of a leveled, pull-based framework that brings speed, stability, and reliability to our operations. This is an opportunity to continue to shape how we connect customer demand, supply chain, and manufacturing, building systems that perform with the same consistency and quality as the products we deliver.
In this role, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement, applying Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System (TPS) principles to stand up a production control function that is efficient, transparent, and built for long-term excellence. This role does not own production scheduling but enables effective decision-making on priorities, trade-offs, and capacity allocation across the network.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to resolve constraints and optimize performance
• Support product launches with production plans that meet customer requirements
• Ensure alignment to agreed priorities and decisions
• Develop and lead daily management routines and visual performance systems
• Drive structured problem-solving using A3 methodology, PDCA, and root cause analysis
• Manage our team of supply planners with a focus on capability building and decision support
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance lead time, delivery performance (OTIF), and inventory efficiency
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in production control, operations planning, or lean manufacturing
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System (TPS)
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and problem-solving initiatives
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
• Fluency in English (required); Portuguese, Dutch, and/or Mandarin are a plus
