A unique opportunity to join the DESSANGE world starting in December 2026.
As part of the opening of its new salon in Lisbon, DESSANGE International is seeking a professional capable of embodying service excellence and managing the operations of a high-end salon : Front Desk Host/Hostess / Salon Manager fluent in Portuguese, English, and Russian.

Your Responsibilities

As the salon’s true leader, you will ensure the quality of the welcome, the customer experience, and the salon’s performance :
•    Provide impeccable and personalized service to national and international clients
•    Ensure an excellent customer journey, from scheduling appointments to checkout
•    Oversee the salon’s daily operations and coordinate teams
•    Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to business development
•    Ensure compliance with DESSANGE’s standards of quality, elegance, and service
•    Build customer loyalty and drive business growth
•    Manage supplier relationships, inventory, and the salon’s operational needs

Your Profile

•    Significant experience in the beauty, luxury, hospitality, or salon management industries
•    Fluency in Portuguese, English, and Russian is mandatory
•    Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
•    Natural leadership and organizational skills
