Job Summary:

  Participate in the restaurant opening and set-up.

  Create and implement service procedures.

  Recruit, train and supervise the team.

  Organise shifts, holidays and days off.

  Monitor team performance.

  Promote ongoing training and development.

  Supervise daily service operations.

  Ensure personalised guest service.
  


• 
  
  
  Coordinate reservations and special requests.
  


• 
  
  
  Manage incidents and guest complaints.

  Control F&B costs.
  


• 
  
  
  Monitor consumption, stock levels and waste.
  


• 
  
  
  Analyse results and propose improvements.
  

• 
  
  
  Ensure high service standards.
  


• 
  
  
  Supervise VIP services and events.
  


• 
  
  
  Analyse guest feedback.
  


• 
  
  
  Implement improvement actions.
  

• 
  
  
  Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments.

  Participate in operational meetings.
  


• 
  
  
  Ensure smooth communication between teams.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
  
  Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar position.
  


• 
  
  
  Experience leading front-of-house teams.
  


• 
  
  
  Experience in 4- or 5-star hotels is a plus.
  


• 
  
  
  Experience with Marriott is a plus.
  


• 
  
  
  Knowledge of F&B operations and cost management.
  


• 
  
  
  Fluent Portuguese and English. Additional languages are a plus.
  


• 
  
  
  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  


• 
  
  
  Strong customer and results orientation.
