Position: RPA Technical Support Analyst
Location: Lisbon / Hybrid

Job Summary: We are looking for an RPA Technical Support Analyst with a strong interest in automation and technology to support the design, optimization, and quality of RPA solutions. The role involves analyzing technical and functional requirements, contributing to UiPath-based solutions, ensuring quality and compliance, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. A proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for continuous learning are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop strategies and recommendations for UiPath-based solutions, considering architecture, migration, security, and scalability.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and identify appropriate RPA solutions.
• Support the troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement of RPA processes.
• Ensure RPA solutions meet quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Participate in testing and validation activities.
• Identify potential issues proactively and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Technical background, preferably a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into technical and functional solutions.
• Good understanding of RPA and automation concepts.
• Strong communication skills in English (minimum B1) and French (minimum B2).
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented approach.
• Willingness and ability to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience with UiPath is a plus.
• Experience with C# or VB.NET is a plus.
• UiPath certification(s) are valued.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and related tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools and Version Control is valued.
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch and Kibana is a plus.
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
