We are looking for a Russian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist to join an international customer experience project supporting users of a leading global social media platform.

In this on-site role, you will assist customers with account-related questions, platform features, payments and technical issues while providing a professional and positive customer experience.

Please note that this opportunity is within the BPO/customer experience industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Russian through phone, email and live chat.
• Assist customers with account access, registration and platform-related enquiries.
• Support users with payment processes, billing questions and refunds when applicable.
• Troubleshoot login, account and other technical issues.
• Help customers update or recover their account information.
• Explain platform features, tools, policies and available solutions clearly.
• Investigate customer cases and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate internal teams.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case details.
• Handle customer information professionally and in accordance with data-protection requirements.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in Russian, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support or a client-facing position is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable providing support through phone, email and live chat.
• Ability to learn new platforms, tools and processes quickly.
• Good computer skills and confidence working with multiple systems.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 07:00 and 21:00, Monday to Friday.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit with full working rights is mandatory.
