Your mission

Maximize field force productivity and effectiveness through segmentation/targeting, territory design, call model, KPI governance, and incentive plan effectiveness - building a shared SFE culture across DCPC and MC while respecting model-specific execution.

• Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and operational pragmatism.
• Ability to influence field leadership; excellent communication and change leadership.

Education/Experience:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years SFE / Sales Ops / Commercial Excellence in CHC/FMCG/Pharma.

Languages:

• Portuguese and English required

Computer skills:

• Excel/PowerPoint advanced; CRM and BI familiarity.
