For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) considered a strong plus.

3 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or financial services industry, backed by a strong grasp of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices in complex environments.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities, paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills that let you build relationships and influence and motivate stakeholders at every level.

Experience working in an international environment, with the ability to manage virtual teams across different time zones and travel abroad for short periods when required.

A problem-solving mindset, able to navigate complex challenges while keeping the team's success front and center.

Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.

Fluency in English (B2).

Availability for hybrid work based in Porto, with 2 days per week on-site (flexible) (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
