For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

+6 years of experience as a Business Analyst

Academic or professional background in Economics, Finance, Market Data, or Risk Management is required to support financial domain analysis within IT consulting engagements.

Basic knowledge of SQL is required to query and interpret data in support of business and functional analysis tasks.

A methodical, detail-oriented approach combined with strong analytical skills is essential for producing accurate business requirements and functional documentation.

Excellent communication skills are required to clearly convey complex business and technical information to both client stakeholders and project teams.

Strong organizational abilities are needed to manage multiple workstreams, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously across consulting engagements.

A customer-oriented mindset is expected to ensure that solutions and recommendations remain aligned with client business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.

Fluency in English (B2)

French language skills, a B2 level or above is a plus

Availability for Hybrid model (based in Porto)

Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
