Senior Learning Solution Expert Technology

The Senior Learning Solution Expert acts as a strategic learning partner, translating business priorities into impactful capability-building solutions.

The role focuses on design, and delivery/facilitation of Technology learning journeys as architect, coordinator and selectively also as trainer.  Main focus is AI, Data Science & Networking solutions.

Capability and Competence Management

• Partner with business leaders and people partners to determine capability requirements vs. actuals per region and per role.
• Collect learning needs and create training plans.
• Organize, track and report execution of plans, targeting measurable outcomes.
• Act as a trusted learning consultant for sales organizations, understanding business strategy, priorities, and capability gaps.

Instructional Design:

• Design, create, and own scalable learning journeys and training materials focused on technical skills.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Technology learning portfolio, ensuring relevance, consistency, and ease of access.
• Define success measures for learning journeys, collect qualitative and quantitative feedback, and continuously improve solutions.

Training Delivery:

• Ensure ramp-up and readiness of an accredited pool of internal and external trainers
• Facilitate and deliver selected trainings (including train-the-trainer), particularly in Gen-AI capability areas.
• Help to increase the learner experience by creating an engaging learning atmosphere, motivating learners, establishing instructor credibility, delivering constructive feedback, ensuring learning outcomes and post-training communication and follow-up.
   

Managing Learning Programs:

• Manage the activities and resources to roll out learning journeys and certification programs. Identify target group, define learning curricula and knowledge checks, manage publishing and communication, manage rollout, evaluate learning impact.

• 5-10 years experience in training or coaching delivery.
• Strong communication, listening and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage sales audiences.
• High interpersonal skills, people agility, ability and taste for networking.
• Excellent knowledge of Gen-AI & Data science.
• Business acumen.
• Customer focus.

• Planning & organizing.
• Curiosity and self-driven learning.

Experience & Background (Indicative)

• Proven experience in learning, enablement, talent development, or consulting roles.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders, being “board room proof”.
