We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Content Moderator (German) to join our dynamic team in Porto. In this exciting role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive and secure online experience for our users on a popular social media platform.

What You'll Do:

• Review and moderate online content, including videos, images, and text, to ensure compliance with our client's guidelines.
• Address user complaints and legal notices related to copyright work or material.
• Manage and update content on the social media platform, ensuring it adheres to accuracy and quality standards.
• Audit received content for compliance before approval for social media upload.
• Monitor and maintain a strong knowledge of our client's products and services.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Uphold the highest standards of data security and customer privacy.

What We're Looking For:

• Native or C1 level fluency in German and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level).
• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities with the flexibility to adapt to changes quickly.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Patience and exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a professional and pleasant demeanor in all situations.
• Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software programs.
• An associate degree in a related field with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts (24/7) with two days off per week.
