What will be your mission?

What will you do?

• Welcome and assist Spa guests and clients in a professional, courteous, and personalized manner.


• Manage Spa reservations, modifications, and cancellations through the designated booking systems.


• Perform Spa check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.


• Provide detailed information about Spa treatments, wellness programs, facilities, and retail products, promoting services according to guests’ needs and preferences.


• Coordinate and manage therapists’ schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.


• Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries while maintaining exceptional service standards.


• Process payments, billing, and cash-handling procedures in accordance with company policies.


• Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.


• Maintain the reception area and guest-facing spaces in impeccable condition, reflecting the luxury standards of the hotel.


• Collaborate closely with Spa, Front Office, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience.


• Adhere to all operational procedures, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and health and safety regulations.


• Contribute actively to guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and the achievement of Spa performance objectives.
