We are currently recruiting Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international customer support team in Porto. You will be the first point of contact for customers from around the world, providing friendly, professional and efficient support across phone and email.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
• Providing friendly and efficient customer support via inbound calls and email.
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Investigating and troubleshooting customer problems using available resources.
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Creating accurate and thoughtful responses, including adapting prepared templates.
• Managing multiple customer cases and tasks efficiently.
• Supporting users and, where necessary, helping to resolve disputes between customers.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Salary & Benefits
• €945 gross basic salary per month
• Up to €120 performance bonus per month based on KPIs, applicable from the 4th month
• €8.50 meal allowance per worked day
• 22 business days annual leave
• Christmas bonus: 1 month's base salary
• Holiday bonus: 1 month's base salary

• Indefinite employment contract
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
Relocation Support
Moving to Porto? We can help make the transition easier.
Our relocation package includes:
• Up to €200 travel reimbursement for your ticket, reimbursed after 3 months upon presentation of the receipt.
• €360 per month for 3 months in relocation support, reimbursed at the end of each month.
• Assistance with temporary accommodation during your first weeks.
• Support with finding permanent accommodation in Porto.
Working Hours
The customer service operation runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
You must therefore be comfortable working rotating shifts according to the business schedule.
Requirements
• Spanish: C2 / native-level proficiency
• English: B2 or above
• Minimum High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
