About the Role
Do you enjoy helping people and speak Spanish fluently? We are hiring a customer care associate for a retail support team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers, making sure they feel heard and well supported.

• Fluent or native-level Spanish
• Friendly, clear communication style

• Residing in Lisbon, Portugal
• Availability for on-site work, Monday to Friday
