What You'll Be Doing

• Handle customer enquiries in Spanish
• Guide customers by providing clear and helpful information
• Address customer concerns and assist with resolving issues
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Follow service procedures and quality standards

What You'll Need

• Native-level or fluent Spanish
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• A helpful, patient, and proactive attitude
• Strong customer service mindset
• Availability to work on-site, Monday to Friday
• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal
