Store Supervisor - FO Porto (Vila do Conde)

  Lead by example in effectively building and maintaining customer relationships, operational procedures, tasks and processes. 

  
  


• 
  

  Support and offer guidance to staff within the store focused on the delivery of the required standards of (visual) merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity.

  
  


• 
  

  Recognize product flow opportunities and partner with management and Associates on process improvements.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage back of house operations and share in the cleaning duties of the store where required.

  
  


• To meet or exceed store sales target. To achieve the brand standard of customer service and selling, product presentation and merchandising.

You have the following experience and skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.


• 1-2 years of professional experience. Minimum of 1 years of experience in the field or related position.


• Good communication skills.


• Fluent portuguese and english.


• Customer oriented.
