System Integrator

What will you be doing in this role?

• Ensure system integration and technical coherence across the Academy Learning Environment.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges throughout system operations.
• Support architecture planning, lifecycle integration, and development of technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate capability onboarding and transition of new services into operational use.
• Maintain operational assurance, service stability, and system reliability.
• Translate operational requirements into technical solutions and provide expert technical guidance.
• Support security compliance, accreditation activities, and CISPIA coordination.

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of professional experience in system integration, technical coordination, or lifecycle management within complex IT environments.
• Hold a certificate in enterprise/solution architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong technical expertise across applications, infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity domains.
• Proven experience managing system integrations, technical dependencies, and service transitions across the full system lifecycle.
• Experience operating in governance-driven, security-regulated, and compliance-focused environments.
• Solid background in enterprise systems, technical architecture, and system integration methodologies.
• Practical knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
• Exposure to modern technologies including:
• Cloud platforms
• Virtualized environments
• Learning technologies
• Self-service laboratory solutions
• Strong understanding of IT governance and control frameworks, particularly COBIT.
• Experience within CIS systems, especially in training, education, or mission-support settings.
• Demonstrated capability in security accreditation, compliance, and assurance activities.
• Hold NATO security clearance at a SECRET level or higher.
• Proficiency in English language at a B2 level.
