You are the first line of defense for world-class domestic appliance brands. Your goal? Turning technical frustration into customer satisfaction.

• Become the Technical Expert: Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting using 60+ advanced, standardized processes.
• Omnichannel Support: Resolve inquiries with precision via phone and email.
• Proactive Problem Solving: Don't just follow scripts—research, utilize tutorials, and find the solution before escalating.
• Revenue Impact: Identify opportunities for cross-selling to add value to every customer interaction.
• Master the Tech: Navigate three specialized software platforms seamlessly to manage orders, repairs, and support cases.

The Compensation Package:

We value your time and talent. Your rewards include:

• Base Salary: €930,00/month
• Performance Bonuses:
• Attendance Bonus: €100.00
• Complexity Bonus: €400.00
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: Uncapped potential.
• Daily Allowance: €7.63 (Net) per working day.

The Essentials:

• Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Portuguese Time).
• Balance: Sundays off + 1 rotational day off.
• Location:  Lisbon, Portugal
