This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal, within a modern and international work environment. The workplace is located in the Oceanário area, easily accessible by train, metro, and bus (Oriente station). The campus includes multiple office buildings, training rooms, cafeterias, and collaborative workspaces.

About the position

As a Technical Support Expert, you will support a leading global online marketing platform with an annual revenue exceeding 100 billion USD. You will provide professional technical assistance to corporate clients in a fast‑paced, innovative environment. You will join a team of highly skilled technical specialists and handle enquiries through a ticketing system, using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Additional information

Training contract: First 40 working days

Training compensation: 1,558.29 €

Full employment contract: 12 months after training, renewable

Permanent contract possible after 3 years

Working hours: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, with shift availability between 13:00–22:00

Holiday entitlement: 22 days/year (Portuguese law)

Holiday & Christmas bonuses: Paid monthly (equivalent to 2 extra salaries per year)

Performance bonus: Up to 400 € gross/month based on KPIs

Requirements

Portuguese language proficiency

Interest in online marketing and new technologies

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a B2B environment

Basic coding and debugging skills

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

Ability to understand client business goals and provide tailored solutions

Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills

Availability for full‑time training (7–10 weeks depending on product)

Ability to work Monday–Friday between 13:00–22:00

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues related to the online marketing platform
• Use judgment to define solutions and adapt existing processes to craft alternatives
• Apply basic coding and debugging skills to analyze problems
• Support clients via chat, ensuring timely and accurate solutions
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
• Work with one of the platform's divisions:
  • o Search Ads 360
  • o Display & Video 360
  • o Campaign Manager
  • o Authorized Buyers
  • o Studio

Training Compensation

On your first day you will sign a preliminary contract for the first 40 working days. During this period you will be offered a training to prepare you for the job and you will be intensively coached on your first weeks on the work floor (this is the nesting phase). After successful completion you will sign a 12 month contract. Contract type Training Compensation: Training contract (40 working days) 1558.29 €

Please be aware that in case of a premature termination of the training on your part, payment will only take place for the days attended. Any additional expenses related to the training will not be refunded.
