Turkish-Speaking Advertiser Support Specialist

We are looking for a Turkish-Speaking Advertiser Support Specialist
to support small and medium-sized businesses using a leading social
media advertising platform.

This is an on-site BPO customer support role combining client
assistance, technical troubleshooting, and digital advertising support
across phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to advertisers via phone,
email, and live chat.
* Assist clients with advertising products, tools, and account-related
questions.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and report potential system bugs.
* Make outbound calls when necessary to ensure cases are resolved
promptly.
* Identify recurring problems and trends affecting multiple advertisers.
* Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience throughout each
interaction.

Requirements;

* Fluent Turkish language skills.
* Confident level of English, including the ability to complete training
in English.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable providing support through phone, email, and live chat.
* Interest in digital advertising and social media tools.
* Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
* Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

Working Schedule

* Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 23:00
* Rotational shift pattern.
* Eight working hours per day plus a one-hour lunch break.
* Total of 40 working hours per week.

Training and Contract

* 17 days of training delivered in English.
* Training duration: 8 hours per day.
* Training may begin between 08:30 and 09:30.
* Estimated contract duration: 12 months.
* Health insurance provided from the first day of employment.

Compensation & Benefits

* *Minimum monthly cash compensation: €1,436.16*
* Monthly instalments of Christmas and holiday allowances are included.
* daily meal allowance.
* A performance and/or attendance bonus may also apply.
* Taxes and 11% social security contributions are deducted according to
the employee's individual profile.
