Communication Trainee

As a Communication Specialist Trainee, you will support the development of communication materials and the delivery of targeted messages to end-user groups impacted by the ngCoreERP Pilot and its ecosystem. The ngCoreERP Program Office is responsible for building a new digital platform that supports Finance and Operations business processes, driving efficiency and creating value for Nokia.

In this role, you will apply communication and marketing principles to support the execution of the program’s communication plan, working closely with Change Managers on change and communication initiatives. You will collaborate with Business Readiness and Training teams to ensure alignment across workstreams and support successful user adoption.

You will also engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Program and Project Leads, Business Group Change Leaders, and other stakeholders to gather inputs, coordinate reviews, and help deliver clear, engaging, and effective communications.

• Develop and deliver communication assets such as articles, email content, presentations, videos, and SharePoint pages to ensure clear and impact messaging.
• Simplify complex topics by gathering and reviewing inputs from multiple sources, transforming them into accessible and engaging communications.
• Manage communication channels and tools, including distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and the Nokia Identity Management System.
• Plan and facilitate engagement activities, such as information sessions, stakeholder interactions, and awareness initiatives.
• Track, monitor, and report on communication activities to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to design clear, impactful, and visually compelling presentations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience gained through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities involving AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Exposure to project management principles
• Experience working or collaborating in multicultural or global environments.
• Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, or similar tools.
