As a Customer Service Intern you will join the Lisbon team for the support of our students who will be travelling in our language and academic courses abroad. You will operate in an international environment with dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills, take ownership and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.

This opening is for Non-paid internship for  2 - 3 months from June/July to August/September. We will cover transportation and meal expenses.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with students and their families about our language study programs and campus destinations
• Support the sales team with sales administration 
• Prepare students to travel to campus throughout the summer
• Assist with requests from our Global Campuses 
• Lead pre-departure presentations for our students 

Requirements:

• Proficient level of Portuguese & fluent English
• International study and work experience highly preferred
• Enthusiastic and creative mindset
• Proactive approach and able to work independently
• Strong communication skills with an approachable and welcoming attitude
