What You’ll Do

As a Customer Advisor in the insurance industry, you’ll utilize your skills to resolve issues accurately and efficiently while providing solution-oriented advice to your customers. The dynamic nature of this role allows you to develop IT skills and progress your international career at your own pace.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling German-speaking inbound customer service via phone, chat, and email for various insurance topics.
• Responding to emails and sending documents, information, contracts, etc.
• Documenting relevant case details in the internal ticketing system.
• Processing claims or cancellations as requested by customers.
• Archiving completed cases electronically.
• Updating customer data or making necessary amendments.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Appropriately handling customer escalations and documenting the process precisely.
• Representing the company’s values and maintaining a strong reputation.
