Digital Innovation & AI Specialist

DGU’s Global Digital Acceleration Center of Excellence is strengthening its team with the addition of a Digital Innovation & AI Specialist.

What you will do:

• Originate and track high‑value digital and AI opportunities across business areas.


• Act as a connector between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment.


• Lead early‑stage discovery activities, including problem framing and value assessment.


• Track emerging trends and proactively identify new opportunities to accelerate digital adoption.


• Prepare clear, concise, and compelling executive presentations for leadership forums.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or other related fields.


• Between 3-5 years of experience in digital transformation, innovation, or business acceleration roles.


• Proven ability to identify and shape new initiatives in cross‑functional environments.


• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to structure insights for decision‑making.


• Demonstrated experience preparing and delivering executive‑level presentations.


• Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguous or fast‑changing contexts


• Fluency in English.
