Assistant Storeman

We are seeking an Assistant Storeman who will be responsible for supporting daily
warehouse and materials management operations, including receiving, inspecting,
storing, preserving, issuing, and tracking materials. The role ensures
inventory accuracy, proper documentation, compliance with company procedures,
and safe material handling practices while maintaining high standards of
housekeeping and HSE compliance.

• Receive, inspect, store,
  and issue materials as per company procedures.
  
• Perform GR, GI, binning,
  stacking, preservation, and inventory control activities.
  
• Maintain accurate warehouse
  records in SAP and other systems.
  
• Prepare periodic stock,
  inventory, and material movement reports.
  
• Carry out material
  labeling, repacking, and proper identification.
  
• Support loading, unloading,
  and offloading of materials and equipment.
  
• Report discrepancies,
  damages, and non -conformities immediately.
  
• Maintain warehouse
  housekeeping and follow HSE standards.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's
  Degree in Science or Diploma in Engineering (any discipline).
  
• Minimum
  3 years of experience in warehouse, stores, inventory control, or
  materials management operations.
  
• Experience
  in industrial sectors such as aluminum smelting, oil & gas, steel
  manufacturing, heavy industry, or related environments.
  
• Proficient
  in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, preferably SAP MM
  Module.
  
• Familiarity
  with inventory management, material handling, warehousing procedures, and
  documentation.
  
• Good
  understanding of HSE requirements and warehouse safety practices.
