Job Description - Deck foreman

Deck Foreman – Marine

Responsibilities

Supervise deck crew and daily marine operations.
Coordinate lifting, rigging, mooring, loading, and unloading activities.
Ensure safe use of deck equipment and lifting gears.
Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSE requirements.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, banksmen, and marine crew.
Maintain deck housekeeping and report equipment defects.

Requirements

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of marine/deck experience.
Experience as Deck Foreman or senior deck crew.
Strong knowledge of lifting, rigging, mooring, and marine operations.
Experience on vessels, barges, shipyards, ports, or marine projects.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Relevant marine/rigging certifications preferred.
