Use schematics, manuals, and diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) to troubleshoot to the component level.
Repair or replace faulty components such as relays, contactors, switches, capacitors, and PCB assemblies.
Perform skilled tasks including soldering, wiring, and assembling electrical components and enclosures.
Calibrate instruments and equipment to ensure they meet original manufacturer's specifications.
Conduct rigorous safety and performance tests on all repaired items before release.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, repairs, parts used, and test results.
Manage workshop inventory, order necessary spare parts, and ensure stock levels are maintained.
Keep the workshop clean, organized, and safe, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
Fabricate and wire custom control panels or modify equipment as per engineering drawings.
