Job Description - Engineer (Key Customer)

* Manage relationships with key bulk water customers to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Oversee the installation, maintenance and performance of water metering systems, ensuring metering accuracy and data reliability.
* Provide technical support on water metering, billing, and operational issues while coordinating timely resolution with internal teams.
* Monitor water consumption, service performance, and operational data, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Coordinate with operations, metering and customer service teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations and company operational policies.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation, customer records and support customer engagement initiatives.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 9 years' experience in key account management, water distribution systems, or utility operations.
* Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, bulk water operations, and smart metering technologies.
* Proven skills in customer relationship management, technical problem -solving, data analysis, and reporting.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is preferred.
