Engineer MuleSoft Integration, API Management & OpenShift

We are looking for a MuleSoft Integration Engineer to design, build, and support integration flows for a shared services platform, enabling organizations to publish and consume APIs via Anypoint Platform and Azure APIM running on OpenShift (OCP).

The role combines MuleSoft development in Anypoint Studio with day-to-day MuleSoft administration and APIM gateway management.

Design and build integration flows in Anypoint Studio, using DataWeave Playground for transformations.
Design and publish APIs via Anypoint Design Center and manage them through Anypoint Exchange and Anypoint Platform.
Configure and manage API policies, throttling, and versioning through Azure APIM (Dev Portal, Postman, VS Code APIM extension, OpenAPI/Swagger, APIM Trace) with MSAL-based authentication.
Support MuleSoft CI/CD on OpenShift: Azure DevOps Pipeline creation & support, Ingress configuration, App & Key Vault configuration.
Promote APIs, contracts, and policies through Anypoint Platform API Manager, and promote flows through Anypoint Platform Design Center.
Perform MuleSoft administration: backup configuration, upgrades/patches, Runtime Fabric (RTF) management, Environment Library configuration.
Manage SSL certificates for onboarded organizations (certificate management).
Onboard organizations onto the shared services platform and support API governance standards.
Troubleshoot integration and data exchange issues across systems using App Insights and APIM Trace logs.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
