We are searching for an inspiring Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar. Based in the heart of the city, this property is home to seven distinctive dining concepts, vibrant bars, elegant event spaces, and a members' club. As Executive Chef, you will shape the culinary identity of one of Doha's most exciting hospitality destinations, bringing creativity, passion, and excellence to every outlet.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and inspire a diverse culinary brigade across multiple outlets, maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency


• Drive creativity and culinary excellence across all restaurants, bars, banqueting, and in-room dining


• Develop and innovate menus that reflect current food trends while staying true to the property's culinary identity


• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, hygiene, and safety standards at all times


• Manage food costs, inventory, supplier relationships, and kitchen budgets effectively


• Mentor, coach, and develop the next generation of culinary talent within the team


• Collaborate closely with F&B leadership to deliver memorable, cohesive guest dining experiences

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef within a luxury hotel or high-end multi-outlet operation


• Strong leadership skills with a genuine passion for developing and motivating kitchen teams


• Deep knowledge of international cuisines, contemporary food trends, and culinary techniques


• Commercial awareness with hands-on experience managing budgets and driving profitability
