Female Pastry Chef

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods according to menu specifications.
• Create new and innovative dessert recipes in collaboration with the culinary team.
• Ensure all pastry items meet the company’s quality, taste, and presentation standards.
• Manage inventory and order pastry supplies to maintain freshness and avoid wastage.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the pastry kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking equipment and workstations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior pastry staff as needed.

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and dessert presentation.
• Creativity and a passion for producing high-quality pastry products.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Physical ability to handle the demands of bakery work, including standing for extended periods.
