Job Description - Fire & Gas Technician

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Fire & Gas Technicians to
maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair Fire & Gas detection systems,
field instruments, and related equipment in Oil & Gas plant environments
while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Fire & Gas
systems

• Calibrate gas detectors, flame detectors, smoke detectors, and field
instruments

• Carry out valve overhaul and preventive maintenance activities

• Ensure all work is completed as per safety and maintenance procedures

• Coordinate with supervisors and operations teams during maintenance work

• Prepare maintenance records and report faults/issues promptly

Requirements

• SSC / Equivalent qualification required

• Instrument Trade Certification is mandatory

• Minimum 5–7 years experience in Oil & Gas plants

• Hands -on experience in Fire & Gas systems, detectors, field
instrumentation, and valve overhaul

• Good knowledge of safety procedures and plant work practices

• Familiar with various types of detectors, instruments, and control systems

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Immediate joiners preferred
