Food and Beverage Servers

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables.
  

• Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve items promptly.
  

• Ensure orders are served as per company standards and guest expectations.
  

• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address requests or complaints.
  

• Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
  

• Follow safe food handling, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
  

• Process billing, handle cash/card payments, and reconcile transactions.
  

• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.
  

• Adhere to company grooming, service, and hospitality standards.
  

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
