Hairdresser with Makeup Skills

Career Land Center is seeking a talented and creative Hairdresser with Makeup Skills on behalf of a well-established and reputable beauty salon in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have expertise in professional hairdressing services and makeup application, delivering exceptional beauty experiences while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, highlighting, and hair treatment services.


• Perform bridal, evening, party, fashion, and special occasion makeup applications.


• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and makeup looks.


• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, products, and fashion styles.


• Recommend and promote salon haircare, skincare, and cosmetic products to clients.


• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment.


• Ensure all services are performed according to salon standards and health and safety regulations.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.


• Manage appointments efficiently while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.


• Assist with salon promotions, photoshoots, beauty events, and bridal packages when required.


• Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in a beauty salon.


• Proven experience in hair cutting, coloring, styling, chemical treatments, and professional makeup application.


• Knowledge of bridal, evening, HD, and fashion makeup techniques.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.


• A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
