Job Description - Head Of Network & Infrastructure

Manage preventive and corrective maintenance across Network & Infrastructure systems.

Oversee Network L2/L3, NOC, Netka, cable-management/CMS drawings, IPTV and clock systems.

Lead technical specialists and maintain certified resource coverage.

Own Level-3 technical support and manage OEM technical escalations.

Approve SOPs, method statements and preventive-maintenance schedules.

Provide technical input for infrastructure-related changes.

Support root-cause analysis and resolution of recurring and major incidents.

Monitor discipline performance and report to the Service Delivery Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering/IT.

Certifications relating to core systems such as Aruba/HPE, Cisco and NMS.

ITIL Foundation.

Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience in large enterprise or airport environments.

Previous team leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of network/infrastructure systems, troubleshooting and OEM management.

Leadership and mentoring capability.

Must meet airport security, HSE and cybersecurity requirements.
