Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook hot dishes according to menu specifications and company standards.
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of food items meet guests’ expectations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and refine menus.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking area.
• Manage and monitor inventory to avoid wastage and ensure freshness of ingredients.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff and new team members.

• Proven experience as a Hot Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Creativity and passion for culinary arts with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and perform kitchen duties.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
