Job Description - Investment Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Associate to join a growing infrastructure investor in Doha. The successful candidate will support the origination, evaluation, execution, and management of infrastructure investments across global markets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading international fund focused on long-term, sustainable infrastructure assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence for potential investments.
Support deal execution, including preparation of investment memos and coordination with advisors.
Monitor portfolio performance and assist in value creation initiatives.
Perform market research and sector analysis to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure finance.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
