Job Title: Junior Public Relations Officer

Role Purpose
The Junior Public Relations Officer will support the organization’s communication, stakeholder engagement, and government relations activities. The role involves coordinating with government entities, arranging official meetings and events, preparing correspondence, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and external stakeholders.

  Prepare letters, emails, reports, and other official correspondence.

  Support government relations and administrative activities.

  Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  Assist with communication and follow-ups with relevant authorities.

  Ensure timely coordination and completion of assigned tasks.

  
  

Requirements

  Good understanding of Qatari culture, traditions, customs, social values, and business etiquette.

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  Ability to interact professionally with government representatives and local stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  Good organizational and coordination skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency in MS Office and professional correspondence.

  Previous experience in PR, government relations, administration, or a similar role is preferred.

  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
