Job Description - Mason/Helper

Job Summary:
To assist masons by preparing and transporting materials, mixing mortar, and cleaning tools. The helper supports the masonry team in constructing and repairing structures made of brick, block, and stone.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload building materials (bricks, blocks, stone, bags of mortar).

Mix mortar, grout, and concrete to the correct consistency.

Supply masons with materials and tools as needed.

Clean excess mortar from bricks and surfaces during the building process.

Set up and break down scaffolding and other equipment.

Clean tools and the work area at the end of each shift.
