Material Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Material Coordinator to manage and coordinate warehouse, inventory, and material handling activities
within the Oil & Gas industry. The candidate will be responsible for
receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and transporting materials while
ensuring compliance with safety, inventory, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate
  receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, and issuance of materials.
  
• Maintain
  accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock control.
  
• Monitor
  material movement and update records in Oracle/SAP or equivalent
  systems.
  
• Prepare
  material receiving reports, issue notes, stock reports, and other
  warehouse documentation.
  
• Coordinate
  with procurement, logistics, project, and site teams for material
  requirements.
  
• Ensure
  materials are stored, handled, and transported safely and correctly.
  
• Support
  handling and transportation of dangerous goods in accordance with
  applicable procedures.
  
• Carry
  out regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.
  
• Ensure
  proper identification, tagging, and traceability of materials.
  
• Coordinate
  lifting, rigging, and slinging activities related to material movement
  where required.
  
• Maintain
  warehouse housekeeping and ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
  
• Prepare
  reports using MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in
  warehousing, store management, material coordination, or equivalent.
  
• Minimum
  qualification: Higher Secondary / Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Fluent
  in English, both spoken and written.
  
• Must
  possess a valid Rigging and Slinging Certificate.
  
• Advanced
  computer literacy in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  
• Knowledge
  of handling and transporting Dangerous Goods.
  
• Good
  understanding of warehouse, inventory, and supply chain management
  concepts.
