Comprehensive Inspection: Conduct inspections across multiple disciplines including piping, pressure vessels, tanks, welding, and structural works.
Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to ASME, API, AWS, ISO, and project specifications.
Welding & Materials Verification: Inspect welding procedures, consumables, and materials in line with CSWIP certification requirements.
NDT Coordination: Oversee or perform NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) and review reports for accuracy.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain inspection records, issue reports, and ensure traceability of certificates.
Non‑Conformance Management: Identify NCRs, recommend corrective actions, and verify closure.
Safety & Compliance Oversight: Monitor SIMOPS, confined space, hot work, and lifting activities for compliance with HSE standards.
Coordination: Liaise with QA/QC managers, project engineers, and contractors to resolve inspection issues.
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Mandatory Certifications:
API 510 (Pressure Vessels)
API 570 (Piping)
CSWIP 3.1/3.2 (Welding Inspection)
Minimum 7–10 years QA/QC inspection experience, with multi‑discipline exposure (static, rotating, piping, welding, structural).
Should have Offshore project experience.
API 510, API 570, CSWIP 3.1/3.2 (mandatory).
NDT Level II (RT, UT, MT, PT) preferred.
ISO 9001 Quality Management awareness.
Offshore survival training (BOSIET/HUET).
