Painter/Helper

Job Summary:
To assist painters in preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to ensure a high-quality finish. The helper is responsible for maintaining tools, keeping the work area clean, and supporting the painting team with all necessary tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, filling holes, masking).

Mix, thin, and stir paints and other coatings as directed.

Carry and set up ladders, scaffolding, and other work platforms.

Clean and maintain brushes, sprayers, rollers, and other equipment.

Cover and protect furniture, floors, and fixtures from paint splatters.

Assist in cleaning up the job site upon completion of work.
