Job Description
- 8+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, with expertise as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of B2C digital applications (web and mobile).
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team coordination skills.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM/SAFe) and experience with Jira/Confluence are preferred.
