Job Description - Property Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant move -in and move -out
    processes, including unit handovers and takeovers

  • Handle Property Management (PM)
    contract takeovers and handovers with owners

  • Coordinate with tenants on
    property -related matters and requests

  • Conduct property and unit
    inspections and prepare detailed reports

  • Support maintenance administration,
    including LPO (Local Purchase Orders) processing

  • Track and follow up on maintenance
    works and service requests

  • Handle Kahramaa procedures, and
    cooling account coordination.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and
    operational records

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in property
    management

  • Experience in residential and
    commercial properties (primarily residential units)

  • Strong administrative and
    coordination skills

  • Knowledge of Kahramaa and cooling
    systems procedures

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and
    organizational skills

  • Valid Qatar driving license
    (mandatory)
