Responsibilities

Meet individual and store sales targets by gaining repeat business.
• Building a base of loyal & repeat customers
• Increase the Average Transaction Value and Basket size
• Setting and Delivering the highest level of customer service standard for sales
• Providing a shopping experience which is easy, productive, and inspiring
• Provide expert product knowledge
• Make recommendations (Suggestive selling and upselling) based on insight on customer needs
• Take excellent care of the customers by satisfying each customer’s needs, exceeding their expectations, and giving each customer a lot of attention, getting to know their likes and dislikes and making every shopping visit a pleasant and satisfying experience
• Show initiative to meet customers’ needs
